When is team builder going to be in ranked?

Riot prides itself on the abilities of a team. The problem is we have about 4 mins to get to know eachother, understand eachothers strengths and weaknesses, and the majority of that time is bitching and complaining about who to ban, and who gets what lane.

Since this is suppose to be a team game, why can't we use teambuilder for ranked? This allows us to introduce ourselves as players, find the correct champ types that work together, and make sure everyone is on the same page before someone decides it's better to dodge and lose lp. You don't even necessarily have to pick champs and bans at this stage. Just a meet and greet for however long you want before everyone decides to ready up to the ban and select phase. At least at this point you can take the already rushed time to move champs around if need be depending on the bans.

I'm tired of joining a ranked lobby just to have people troll, and the only option is to dodge. I have such a limited amount of time to chat with my team, I rarely even bother because most won't pay attention, or there just isn't enough time to get the points across. I'm also not saying you won't get the idiots that will play it all nice and fun until the ban / pick phase starts to then start trolling, but at least it's a start.
