Does anyone else think rylais was nerfed too hard?
I mean people didnt like it being such a utility item with such nice stats, but they nerfed every aspect of it except the cost, it feels pretty bad now.

Skorch1 votesRecently Vladimir. But Fiddle and Morde are suffering. And Viktor also liked it. I think the problem is people were buying it for the stats and the slow was an added bonus, so they shouldve just lowered the stats.
