So, if duskblade not working with Kayn's ult intended or not?

Apparently based off what others have said it used to work. So you could use duskblade passive, ult someone, and it'd be back up when you leave.

I tested it out and it seems it doesn't work just as others have been saying.

So the question is... Is it intended to work or not?
