Jokes on Ghostcrawler aside:

Why is Lissandra perma-ban at high ELO and competitive play for over half a year yet not getting nerfed? It's a simple question, can there be a simple answer?

HARD READ: There is a simple contradiction, Lissandra is a synergized champion who excels at singling out enemies. EASY READ: Just because a champion is banned a lot doesn't mean they should get NERFED...

Probably because she is overall pretty balanced, but not weak. One of the shining examples of how much power a champion should have. She has MULTIPLE VIABLE build paths and each one is effective, but not insane.

If you wanna touch her with the nerf bat, please just lower the range on her E a little bit, but then speed up the travel speed for compensation.

They should gut her ult ratio and then give her some form of passive tankiness because Riot seemed to want her to be a short-ranged, tanky utility mage

If it happens, It will not be a utility mage lol. It will be ap fighter who cant be mage. An AP with low damage cant be a mage.

Lissandra is fine honestly. She's in a good spot, other mages that are on the weaker side need to be buffed.
