I guess I will have to take you to school....

I have ~53k mastery on Eve. That's quite a few games.
You're a bronzie.
And ... my PC is not properly loading the image but, bitch please.... 350k + here, I've been playing Evelynn since the days of S1 4 Sunfire Cape Troll stalk Evelynn. I know my character well.
And, in those games, I can walk up to an ADC, E+Q, and do almost all of their health, if not all of it.
You are bronze. I could build 6 Infinity Edge as Gragas in Bronze and still win.
But hey, keep touting your rank and ignoring everything I say, it means something.
Diamond Pride and Bronze Chaos are not the same thing.
They are very different games.
Looked at your games, and it's no wonder you do no damage. Why in the hell would you build a Wit's End on Eve?
I dislike answering questions like that because the answer should be obvious to anyone with even a slight modicum of skill.... but I will answer your pointless question; When the enemy team has extremely heavy magic damage (Ex: 4 AP characters and an Ezreal or Corki), I will build Abyssal Scepter and Wit's End to give me a massive edge against everyone on their team except the ADC which I can assassinate anyway if I catch them out of position.... regardless of my MR stacking the ADC will fall easily .... this works doubly well against ADCs like Ezreal that stack armor but continually have poor MR... and still very effective against popular ADCs like Lucian that will stack crit at the expense of survivability. The grand scale -73 MR means that while I will do good damage against all of them, they will do poor damage against me, add to this Gunblade and it is a losing battle for the enemy team.
Also for the most part I stopped building pure assassin awhile back because anti assassin items were buffed across the board (Ex: Mercurial Scepter, Maw of Malmortius, Sterak Gage (Added)) etc.... doing a hybrid build has yielded better results since then.
You're an ASSASSIN, not a sustained fighter.
While Evelynn is marked as an assassin, she has never had the tools of a typical assassin. She has zero disables and only a meager slow, she has no way in or out aside from just walking away. Conversely someone like Zed has multiple flashes built into his kit, a reliable AoE slow and an execute on low HP targets.... or look at Talon who has a clear way in and a clear way out.
Evelynn has none of these. She has always been more of a "Really fast duelist" than a straight-up assassin... and with the buffing of all other assassins while simultaneously NERFING Evelynn and buffing anti assassin items, it made her straight assassin build weaker and weaker.
Echoes > Sorc Boots > Sheen > a Short Sword > Lichbane > Gunblade > Abyssal > Dead Man's. Bam, now your E one-shots carries.
That's a garbage build.... then again, Evelynn is more about positioning and timing than items.
But I wouldn't expect someone in your bracket to follow. Evelynn's build works best when its reactive... as in, based on what you're playing against. Flexibility is one of Evelynn's very few benefits and because they've saddled her with nerfs; it is necessary to exploit as much as possible.
