@Riot So why is riven allowed to stack her passive?

To add more counter play, let her only get one stack. Riven should use her passive wisely instead of just spamming her skills to max the stacks and attack whenever.

Lmfao Cloth armor is nothing to A Riven early game, you will always be 1 step behind while she bullies you, gets all of the cs and proceeds to rush item 3134 and item 3035 anyways.

You can't nerf a champion just because you find them obnoxious or oppressive when you're playing as a squishy carry type top (the exact same ones she's built to do well against) that everyone seems to take vs. Riven these days.

Tell me why its okay to have a auto attack damage buff with 3 stacks and a low cd(even lower cd with 40% which all rivens build) champion like Riven? Might as well give her permanent auto attack buff without any stacks.

Play Riven against a similarly skilled Malphite, Cho, or Garen or anyone that stacks armor + health and has decent sustain and you won't be saying that. At this point, the Riven QQ is just a circle jerk with nothing to back it up.

She's squishy as hell without her shield, which has ~8 seconds CD early game depending on Runes/masteries which leads to my next point
Damage is all she has. Yes, she has a short knock up and a .75 second stun, but that's not enough to warrant building her as a bruiser/tank. Take away her damage and she's more useless than a late game support

If Nasus can survive until he get glacial shroud/frozen heart/warden's mail then he's golden. Granted it's more dependent on player skill than say, Malphite or Cho, but he has the tools to survive and outscale Riven.

only if you play it wrong. Too many nasuses (nasi? Nasoose?) think they can tank their way through her damage early on like they do every other champion. Basically if you can survive until first back (which is easy to do with Cloth 5 start, Wither and lifesteal/armor runes) it's smooth sailing from there.

A cloth and 5 pots is only nothing to Riven if you're still trying to play like a complete dumbass.

Strategy > Build. The build helps, but actually playing smart wins games.

Her MS isn't why she has a high mobility. They lower her ult speed missile (that isn't a huge nerf.)

Yea that sounds like a good nerf. Add in the removal of her knock up Q and remove a certain percentage on the lack of health to her ult.

Better yet, make her use mana or something. She's always a pest and dances her way into lane and under the turrets. She gets 1 kill, goes level 6 and she'll go straight into the FRAKIN FOUNTAIN JUST TO KILL YOU AND GETS OUT UNSCATHED. Not literally I'm just over exaggerating but if you just get in your lane with full health, she'll instantly tower dive you and leave with 60% health remaining. Then her shield, change that. Cause really? Attack damage. Really? Attack damage makes her shield stronger. How can she be the only one in game that can build straight out damage to make herself Tanky? Don't buff her, nerf her back into the ground with Teemo. Please. She's worse than Satan and everyone knows that.

So you know that Riven's power is at the highest not "stacking" the passive? This literally would just punish the bad Rivens who don't get any decent results with her and completely leave the "pros" that get full effectiveness out of the passive at the same level.

So... I guess if that is your intent, making the crappy rivens even MORE crappy than they already were because that's ALL it's doing.

Here's some info on reporting and the new player behavior system as requested (in your deleted thread);

Player behavior systems are not just based on reports. Even if a premade of 4 reported you, if the reports are false, you won't receive a penalty. All player behavior systems are backed by the Report System, which tries to validate every single report. If a report is false, the reporter loses "value" in his reports and the relevant player behavior system ignores the reports. If a report is accurate, the reporter gains "value" and his reports become more powerful. The current Reform System analyzes chat logs for negative behaviors, so it goes beyond just looking at false or accurate reports.

DOES PLAYING MORE GAMES MEAN I HAVE MORE CHANCES OF BEING BANNED? The Tribunal takes into account how many games you have played. If you've played thousands of games and get reported a hundred times, you will be less likely to enter the Tribunal than someone who played a hundred games and is reported a hundred times. Keep in mind that if you are extremely toxic in a small number of games over a short period of time, then the Tribunal may issue a suspension against your account. CAN PEOPLE WHO DON'T LIKE ME REPEATEDLY REPORT ME? This is unlikely, but it's possible if you find yourself repeatedly matched into games with them. Players are limited to one report per player per game. Also, consistently making false reports against others diminishes the value of a person's reports and renders them meaningless.
