I got banned out and decided I'd pick a champ I used to play (but haven't in a long time), Rammus. Sure is fun not even being able to auto people to make use of my on-hit damage from my passive.
The champ feels SOOOO bad to play now. And you're shoehorned into going literally full tank (and hoping people will auto you), because even with a Frozen Mallet people can outrun you if they're not taunted.

Just gotta be smart with how you use it.

W increases my armor which increases my passive on-hit damage. But if I use it outside of taunt, I can't touch anyone. It's silly.
Baron Barian1 votesRammus is good at diving at Mach 5. Gives you plety of time to ram in, knock up, and do your WE combo. Good ganking, decent damage, good CC.
