I think you mean the shock rune is does a lot of damage when Ezreal can follow up his Auto-Attack with W and Q to deal 1/4 of your HP.

There's winners and losers for rune changes, but being combo'd doesn't mean he's busted. You could do the same thing.

No, it was just 1 Q he used for poke. I mean he is sitting on 55% win rate as ADC and i think that's because his early game damage is retarded. His win rate is higher than Twitch's.

Without armor runes, it forces people to itemize damage or sustain now. +10 cloth armor reduces 7% of AD damage if you have nothing else.

You could again, force the same situation on someone else.
