Guys, Viktor is being played. I reiterate: VIKTOR is being PLAYED. He's even making a few appearances in pro games. This is pure insanity. It's been 3 years and I've seen him played maybe twice before this week - and now all of sudden he's seeing play? The only explanation is that he must be OP.
