Why can Soraka heal a minions?

To make those 1-3 minion wave pushes last longer? To buff that minion you just Banner of Command'd? Because you really like that Heimer turret?

For pushing, and for healing a super minion that's hitting your enemies. Maybe healing a Banner of Command empowered minion or a Baron-buffed cannon minion.

As a main, it's wonderful. I deny cannons all the time. That shit hurts.

If you've got nothing better do do you can heal a minion tanking the turret :3

You can set a hotkey to only target champions so you don't accidentally hit minions, if you want.

That one minion could tank a turret for you for long enough that it could really help you take it.
