Can we get clarity on what Riot views as "bad game" and "int feeding"

If you're not int feeding but you have 38 cs at 22 minutes, or you haven't finished a single item in 27 minutes... at what point is your refusal to access the thousands of resources available to what is arguably the most popular video game ever made maybe not an active int feeding, but almost an int feeding by omission?

I'd rather we not learn this. Once you know what the system sees as intentionally feeding it's easy to just tip toe right beneath the line of it.

Example: If there was a check that looked for 10+ deaths with no kills or assists and we knew about it then an inter would simply int 9 times before just farming a lane.
