Season 5 brought harsh changes to jungle sustain, Season 6 officially is breaking the jungle

Now you can only start with one HP pot, because some champions can't even get through 3 camps with 2 pots. And stealth wards are being removed, so the whole, "as a jungle who can have good vision control to help your team" is out the window. Have fun being afk farming on sustain junglers. Don't worry, the new minibaron will give you another source for Sated Stacks.

Trinkets start with 2 wards now if you grab yellow. And we get a new tier system in masteries.

We have no idea what's going to happen, maybe jungle will become more diverse

I really liked the warding system we had now, but I guess it can be improved.

Jungle masteries might prevent the need for multiple pots.
