Right now shes like a complete worse version of twitch, who can just press R to delete whole teams in 2~3 seconds.

Does this sound reasonable to you? Twitch absolutely should not be the bar for the rest of the Marksmen class in his current state.

i honestly think jinx is about where adcs should be

potential pop off, good mana costs, nice late game but not an insane 600 range invisakill rat

jinx is the standard adcs should be at. you think hes underpowered because she doenst come to twitch and vayne levels (both of which are broken btw idiot)
