Can we address how horrible matchmaking is?

I mean we all get on losing streaks. But when you continuously lose, you get worse players, and worse players, and so on. The cycle doesn't stop. 3 fucking trolls in my gold games. 3 in a row. Like wasn't there some bullshit about how if you lose so many you get put with better people so they can help you? Idk someone told me that but its probably wrong. Regardless though I'm getting actual SHIT matchmaking and its pissing me off.
