@Meddler, @Riot Thoughts on bot lane's current state?

As the title says, what are your thoughts on bot lane's current state, Meddler? I main supports, and it's become a very stale role because all I ever support is Ezreal and Lucian, with an occasional Kalista or Jhin thrown into the mix. I rarely ever see Miss Fortune, Caitlyn, Tristana, Draven, Jinx, Sivir, Varus or Vayne, with Quinn, Graves and Corki going into solo lanes these days. It feels like the nerfs did nothing to make Ezreal and Lucian less prominent picks. Are they simply crowding out other marksmen, or are other marksmen just not able to keep up with them?

I'd really like to know what Riot's stance is on this. This has been going on for 3 months now, after preseason settled in.

Lol I see Jinx every once and a while. And KogMaw is still O.K.
