Garen feels much more frustrating than before to deal with at low MMR

For sure, I understand his weaknesses and I'm aware that I tend to main his stronger matchups such as .

But it's just that whenever he gets to late game or has any sort of remote lead, he just somehow becomes VERY VERY hard to peel off in teamfights. Not to mention trying to dive past carries is very hard since he can just E or Q you and make sure you can't assassinate anyone.

I have no idea at my level of MMR, how to really deal with this guy compared to high elo players. At least with my years of indulging with , I know how to counterplay that guy outright.
