Female champions and transitional void champions are allowed to have high winrates as it removes the unfair innate advantage that male champions have in the game and is not a form of oppression to males its just female empowerment.

What made his winrate skyrocket? Was it only the ultimate cooldown buff from 6/4/2 seconds to 5/3.5/2 seconds, or are there other things contributing to his high winrate?

Shaving off 1.5s off his ultimate is a huge buff at rank two, not even factoring in CDR.

Remember when singed was buffed and had a 54 - 56% win rate for about 24 hours then got gutted? He's not LCS big play viable, Kass is. Wait when is worlds? This game is a joke at this point. I miss when the game was riots priority instead of profits.
