Annie needs to be Veigar'd or Corki'd right away
Either rework her whole kit so she has avoidable damage or make her ultimate a toss like Corki's Q
She has no counterplay CC and damage atm, you just have to stay out of her range or you die

Flash cool down too long. should be able to flash/tibs way more often.
