Unnecessarily clunky.

He's fine

My concern with new Shen remains how vulnerable he is to ranged tops. I have no trouble playing and winning with him against melee tops.

If I could change something I'd probably make his Q do burst damage/slow if pulled through an opponent, rather than making the empowered autos even more empowered.
