Can Taric be reverted?

Since you guys do revert reworks as you did with . Can I please have original back. He used to be good and I used to enjoy playing him, plus he was one of the only supports with a point and click stun that was so useful during the older days of League. His current Q and W are so weak, I don't think you can see them doing anything at all. (Compared to other enchanter based supports with defensive abilities).

He is also totally reliant on being in lane with another person which forced him into the support role and even now, he's barely picked. His ultimate, while interesting is just... not thematic to the rest of his kit and he just feels so bland to play.

I really miss the old Taric because of how tanky he was, this one feels so much weaker by comparison, you are not even guaranteed to hit your stun anymore. So and can keep their point and click stun because popularity but and by extension couldn't? Where is the logic there?
