[Serious, need help] How do you stop a biased matchmaking run?

For 2 weeks now, I get terrible teams. Like horrible. Last 4 games 1 teammate was "autist" , i don't know how to describe someone that is bellow lvl 30 at skill and still somehow is in a S2 ranked game. But it's not just the last 4 games, is the whole 2 weeks, 80% of the games I was in a team way bellow the other team Every game I win feels such a drag, and almost every lost game I feel powerless to do something

I don't know how to escape this ? What can I do?

Do I int to b5 until the matchmaking gets fixed? Is my account broken so I just delete lol ? I don't get it, this is just stupid
