Buff his Q Range to at least 525 units and wala. He's viable. I mean comeon, is there a reason why he is a tank and so unsafe?

I know I am bothersome with these constant shen posts but I think reducing his ult cooldown is not going to make him any better a pick.

No, he needs MR per level and max hp scaling rather than AP scaling. That would be the buffs necessary for Shen.
