Coupled with a playrate decrease too, everyone is jumping ship from riven, i mean why bother when gp/camille/tanks exist right?
Rip lol, i think its time that she needs buffs, you know give her either better base stats or give her passive %arpen so building a cloth armor doesnt like completely kill her kill potential.

Doesn´t need to be combat against champions, just like Grasp.
Takes 4 seconds to proc because if you miss that window, you lose nothing. You proc it, you gain a lot.
I´d say zero effort is pretty accurate.
