Someone using their ban in a way you dont like isn't something that should be punished. He gets his ban and can do whatever he wants with it. There is a reason that riot hasnt disabled banning intended picks.

Sure, except in cases where its obvious theyre doing so specifically to hinder their own team.

It's a tough sell to prove they were trying to lose the game by banning an intended pick, but if the proof is there, ok.

Play something like morde or vlad or darius. Maybe even teemo adc. Fuck it and have fun, and report them after.

I'm really not sure what you're expecting as a response besides "play one of your other adc's".

If you dodge, that person wins. They got what they wanted and you've encouraged the behavior. If you follow suit and do dumb things yourself, you're now part of the problem as well, so you'll get reported by your other teammates too.

You do have more than one option for each role like you should, don't you?
