Just because you lose to those champs on silver (so you dont know how to play) doesnt mean they are "counters"

can knock away the ball carrier to deny Ori a good ult.
can dash out of the Ori ult.
can outrange Ori by such a margin that even a ball carrier can't make it reach. They can also poke her out of lane once they get a lost chapter.

Frightning1 votes is weak during laning, she has enough range that she can bully some laners, but she is no match for someone that actually matches or exceeds her range. She also doesn't snowball as easily as other mids because of her late game leaning power curve. So her getting slightly fed has less impact than someone like getting equivalently fed (and w/ stronger laning, that's more to like to happen for than for ).
