@Riot, so no new runes for Lifesteal/Spellvamp?

I know they aren't used that much but why are you not making a new rune for them? Specifically SpellVamp. Ever since you took out Will of the Ancients I had to resort to adding SV runes and masteries for my favorite SV Morg build, but wouldn't do as much damage if I took all of it so I only used a bit to stack onto her passive.

Come on, Riot. Everyone knows you are biased towards the AD side. Why do you keep ruining people's favorite ways to build AP champs? Sure Vlad took WOTA out of control but it could have been easily nerfed instead of completely thrown out. You guys just didn't want to burden yourselves with it.

Now you aren't giving us new runes to compensate for the loss of these. Why? Please make some! It made my champions more diverse than other people and that's why I loved it. Don't ruin another part of League for me.

Ravenous Hunter isn't SV specifically, but it is the same thing - you heal for a portion of damage dealt by abilities. It's 2.5% at first, and every unique Takedown adds another 2.5%. So once you participate in a Takedown of each enemy, it's 15% Spell Vamp, essentially.

I just saw that, but I still don't like it. I want specific SV values. And, this Ravenous Hunter they are pushing it better for AD, as they always do. The AP value is very small, so it won't do much on my Morg.

It's no better for AD than it is for AP; as a matter of fact, it's probably better for AP since it doesn't heal off AAs.

You could go primary Sorcery, with Arcane Comet, Nullifying Orb (The shield will let you heal beneath it), Transcendence (Overcap on CDR with items like Zhonyas, Banshee, and Morello), and Gathering Storm, and then sidespec into Domination for Taste Of Blood (Heal when you damage an enemy) and Ravenous Hunter.

I meant in the new Runes Reforged. I don't see any, meaning they are taking the ones in right now, OUT. Which is why I'm upset.

What's the difference between Ravenous Hunter and Spell Vamp? It seems to be the exact same thing although it's possible that it works on some abilities that spell vamp doesn't work on. Will have to test and see if there's actually any difference.

Spell Vamp works on any instance of non-AA damage; Summoner Spells, item actives, Masteries, etc. Ravenous Hunter only procs off of abilities.

At least, I think that's the difference.

False. Spell Vamp only works on damage flagged as an ability hit.

The problem with WOTA wasn't that Vlad was out of control with it, it was that because of him it had to be nerfed to the point of unviability for pretty much anyone else and, since it was then core on vlad and used by nobody beyond him, Vlad in turn had to be balanced around the existence of a single item that made his strengths that much stronger.
