Even though he's getting banned a lot, Talon's win ratio is massively dropping

I only ban him because I play veigar. All the other low elo scrubs think he's op

I don't know why on earth you would ban him. He legit doesn't do anything.

I would love to play him. But he keeps getting banned.

He is not weaker now, he is just harder. I was doing great with my mates while we were playing with him rankeds. His win rate is low because : -He is now completly different than he used to which is hard aspecially for mains. -He is completly new so people don't get how to play him. -He has now really high pick rate so casual players are making his win rate lower. -He is hard now and really focused on roam which is something that people often have problem with.
