to clarify on her change to silver bolts she used to have base dmg+% health dmg now its just % hp dmg with a minimum IT WILL deal

another thing to note vayne she was an adc hit hard by the changesKalista to(but i don't play kalista so ill leave that to kalista mains) she got not to much benefit from item changes she basically builds the same as always BORK got nerfed and the price of item 1053 was increased her base ad was nerfed last patch and without compensation on base ad her ad per lvl is reduced She ONLY got compensation in form of SILVER BOLTS if you think about it it does less dmg early,less dmg to squishies(early on atleast) but will do approximately the same as old silver bolts(however i do believe this form of silver bolts does more dmg to tanks)

so don't complain she is stronger then some of the reworked adcs early on you can't complain that omgomgomgomgomg silver bolts early to much dmg early game since its basically been destroyed early game so pick any lane bully and enjoy crushing vayne(till she eventually farms up and kills your ass)

I think you've got a few facts wrong. Here's the ACTUAL lo-down on Vayne:

Her base AD is being increased to 55.8 from 50.46. Her base AD is being increased relative to the other marksmen. She is receiving a noteable nerf though:

Her AD per level is being decreased to 1.66 from 3.25. The other marksmen are also receiving lower AD per levels too, but Vayne's is the most drastic. This is because they want her fully scaling with attack speed now to rely on her silver bolts more.

Also, take into account the changes to phantom dancer, which will be core on Vayne. PD now means she is (even) more mobile in duels and can trade (even) better with any bruisers and tanks who jumps on her face.

TLDR; Vayne will be far less effective at blowing up squishies with ease. She will be even better at destroying tanks and bruisers.

false, her damage is being increased against targets with more than 1500 hp, she will blow up squishies like tanks.

and OP, think about someone with 4000 hp, getting 580 true damage every 3 attacks, do you think it's legit even if the champ should counter him?

are you counting her 300 AD on each other attacks too or not? and no, i never saw garen or darius with 4k/4k5 hp being deleted in 5 AA except when they faced vayne

That's not true.

Vayne will now have a lower attack damage at level 18 (24 to be precise, and that is a LOT), so all of her basic attacks, and their respective critical hits, her tumbles and her condemn will now hurt less, to everyone. This makes a huge difference when hunting squishies.

You are putting all of your emphasis on her silver bolts. Sure, the buff is a bit eye-brow raising at first. But factor in the BOTRK nerf, the LW only penetrating bonus armor and her lower attack damage, it's quite clear she will be far less efficient at blowing up squishies now. In fact, she will be moved from the go-to hyper carry, to more of a tank-busting specialist. There will be other marksmen far better equipped at taking out squishier champions, and some may even be able to duel Vayne now (not just Ashe with an arrow to the face).

vayne never built LW quickly, she always built PD+BRK+IE first,.

you also forgot that every ADC got their AD/lvl cuted down. it makes no differences, and PD got so retarded now how do you want people to duel her? are you dreaming?

Yes but relative to other marksmen, Vayne's decreases the most per level.

There's no need to wait and see because the math is there to show how it will pan out. There will be other marksmen able to put out higher DPS than Vayne in situations, unless the enemy is stacking tanks. Then you want Vayne, unless you have great peel for which you should consider Kog, who I hope will be as good as the numbers suggest.

good point but what I'm trying to say is her early game is a lot less effective and people can actually play Ashe Draven Caitlyn and other lane bullies to a far better extent then now where the tiniest of trade openings vayne can take 15% hp ish
