I already can't wait for season 9 pre season/season 10

I can already tell what kind of balancing is going to go on in this season

Patches 9.1-9.6: light tuning of a around 20-25 champions that doesn't really move the meta, maybe one champion gets heavy changes to his kit

Patches 9.7-9.13: Mid season patch will have a few systemic changes in them, about half of the previous champions in the year will be touched again in these patches, along with a half dozen new ones. Maybe one or three new champions become meta while previous meta champions are still cancer to play against.

Patches 9.14-9.18: Small balance changes with one or two champion focused changes that hit a decent amount of things, maybe one champion rework

9.19-season 10 pre season: Light touches so they don't change the pro scene meta

Season 10 pre season: Still arguing about what to do with Akalis shroud

Hopefully by season 10, we get a new team of balance people that share better beliefs/philosophies
