Why is an early game meta so bad?
We've had a late game meta for about 8 years now. I like the change.

Because an early game meta means 1 fuck up and you're done. BTW season 6 was also all about early game
This is not true, it just means you're decisions early weigh heavier than they have in the past.

No it doesn't, it means that games get one sided much faster, which is boring.
Imagine, would anyone pay money to watch Real Madrid play against a high school team? I wouldn't. Would you be mad if they tried to market Real Madrid vs. high school as equal to a World Cup match? I definitely would.
Not quite games are stil Real Madrid vs Arsenal and high school vs high school, but it's like when the goaly misses a ball, he also get's a red card an you have to play the rest of the game without a goaly.
I don't understand the context, unfortunately.
Because what we have now is not so much a meta as an unstable disaster in progress, and the game is pretty unfun as a result.
Honestly I've been having more fun with this season than the past 3.
Because being forced to play into a one sided game is extremely boring and just depressing.
