I like that he's a proper Bruiser now and actually matches his looks and general theme.

And he is none of the things you listed. He's a Juggernaut, a Melee Carry, a Bruiser-

I'd say his focus is on his W since that is what you max first.

morde is the most fun jungler in the game right now. against the right team comps he can still be quite effective. i like his item build a lot too. i still think he could use a couple more points of movespeed, kiting team comps counter him way too hard.
