no. you lose like one every 4 seconds.

but that shit is 100% getting nerfed, because the keystone is downright broken.

right now it stacks up 9 ad/ap on melee champions per attack and after 3 stacks you get 12% increased damage.

i think ranged get like half of both bonuses.

honestly, just put a fuckin 8 stack cap on it like fervor and it will be fine. even with the same cap as fervor, the mastery is already strong enough to be a keystone in the new system.

like look at grasp. all they did was add an effect that stacks like 100 to MAYBE 200 extra hp for melee over the course of a game.

i think increasing the fervor bonus to 9, having the stack fall off 1by1 and adding that massive damage boost should suffice.
