Pillar of filth does 1 true damage.
Incredibly game breaking and has been this way since his release and riot does nothing to fix it? A bunch of trundle mains at Riot HQ I suspect.

Couple other cc's don't pull agro.
Don't think they have a problem with cc doing 0 damage/not picking up agro.
I think they have a problem with champion created terrain not picking up agro. And probably more tanky dudes being able to do that also.

Wait, I thought the knockup and/or slow would give Trundle the assist already. I'm pretty sure Elise's Cocoon gives her the assist.

any time the 1 health would be distinct enough for someone to even tell it was from the pillar, health regen would out-heal it by the time the casting animation was done.
Unless we're talking about a level 1 riven who somehow also has grievous wounds. Then you could probably pull it off
