Relative to Morgana she's much easier and with more power in her kit, and don't forget she gets rewarded way too much for killing with an ult. also 2 ROOTS muh dude

The problem is Morgana has to many strengths and not enough weaknesses so they are trying to give her a few as when she gets a lead she is very difficult to deal with.

Lux is fairly hard to deal with when ahead, what's your point ? Morgana doesn't instagib you , Lux does and have a good safety by herself and her shield can be really game changing when well used.

Morganas strength does not come from her very powerful root or her strong team fight ult. Her power comes from her black shield with its ability to negate the majority of the champions strongest abilities.

She can just as much damage as any ap caster with the safety of that ability.

In Bronze/Silver/Iron and low Gold maybe Since people don't even know how to itemize and dodge skillshots But still just because Low Gold and Below can't buy item 3222 item 3140 item 3157 item 3155 or MR doesn't mean it's the champion's fault How many champions are there in the game? 144? I can mention you 143 other champions that are also hard to deal with in your Elo Not gonna check what is your Rank but judging from your comment , I can assume what it is. oh by the way , wanna mention those champions?

Try playing Lux one game and say it again.

In bot people can simply straight up ignore her while they jump her ADC because her low damage and high cooldowns make her worthless if they have half a brain to play against it.

It's not like other supports can do a lot if their adcs get insta rekt. Even enchanters have hard time saving a dumb adc.

And she less squishy with her shield than other artilery mages. Yes she has less dmg but it would be ridiculous if she had more dmg while keeping the super safeness and utility.

No, but a Morg can always Blackshield and have her ult as a threat. Lux has ONE Q every 10 seconds and it isn't even that easy to hit most of the time because nobody runs at you in a straight line and minions exist. The moment Lux throws a Q and misses you are useless for 10 seconds. All lane pressure is instantly gone.

She does as much damage than Brand past 6 and from a safer range.

Lux Popularity : 17.3% Morgana Popularity : 15%

Lux win rate : 52.2% Morgana win rate : 51%

Lux is safer than Morgana to poke Lux Q cooldown 10 seconds (Lux tend to get 40% CDR so 6 seconds cooldown, 5.5 seconds with 45% CDR) Morgana Q Cooldown 11 seconds ( With 40% CDR , 6.6 second, 6.05 second cooldowns with 45% CDR) Morgana can only hit 1 person with her Q, Lux can use minions to bait the enemy to hit the reflection . They both share 1175 range and missile speed at 1200. The only real difference is that Lux snare two enemy for 2 second at all level, while Morgana can snare 1 but for longer value. Saying that Lux is useless for 10 second is worthy for Morgana as her snare is 1 second longer in cooldown.. Only thing making Morgana so OP is her blackshield utility of denying crowd control . Remove this spell and Morgana fall to legit useless bot lane and not OP anymore. Lux and Morgana have both their utility and purpose but if Morgana get hit by the nerf, so does Lux. She is basically her Genenis.
