One of them need a range increase
Noxian Diplomacy increased to 650 from 550
or
Rake increased to 700 from 650.
Why? Talon is the only assassin right now that can't reliably enage/trade with Cait, Anivia, Annie, Ashe, Zyra, Tristana, Varus.

Nahui1 votesI mean there are almost no parts of the map that don't have walls. Zed gets a 22 second CD that goes a short distance, or an ult that is on a much larger cd. Anywhere else on the map is a wall within very short distance, certainly attainable if Talon also ults and such a leap will always bring him into the jungle.

Nahui1 votesAll of those can go mid lane. Not all should go mid lane. You named two official mid mages and one support Mage, although both hyper immobile. That's why they get range, and he doesn't. Only two of those are official laning partners, and you could make a case for Varus possibly being a third but those days are over. Either way, in lane, he will get by just fine against about every champion there. Once he gets on them, they're about dead.
