Its fine, we had to nerf Rageblade because some silver kids kept trying to 1v1 Jax to cry on the boards "omg Jax with Rageblade so op...he can 1v5".

Actually, Rageblade was nerfed because champions like Olaf were building it and still wrecking the game.

Olaf shouldn't be building Rageblade

Why should Olaf not build Rageblade? His whole identity is to "berserk/rage" and getting stronger the longer he fights/lower he gets. His passive gives him attack speed for every percent of hp he is missing which synergizes perfectly with the idea of Guinsoo's Rageblade. Same as the attack speed and lifesteal from his W.

It fits him thematically, yes, but gameplay-wise not really. Because it's intended for hybrid builds, and Olaf has absolutely no AP scaling. If item is still a worthwhile build, even when a champion completely wastes 900-1600 gold value on it, it's pretty clear indicator something is wrong.

Teemo mains are pretty excited to check it out. It is a little expensive, but it could very well be worth it.
