If you go to the jhin mains page everyone agrees that the lethality is gonna make jhin even less viable with lethality. Everyone agrees now that the way to build jhin is critical.

Only build if you can snowball INCREDIBLY hard. We're talking about you can get a kill every 2-3 minutes and finish the game within 25 minutes.
