Both Twitch and Quinn do kindreds job as a marksman jungler way better

Their lore, design, theme, everything is perfect, but the gameplay. That was done wrong imo. When you play vs a quinn jungle and you see that bird flying quickly towards you you're terrified you won't make it away in time and she's going to kill you. With Twitch it's similar to shaco/evelynn where "Out of nowhere comes DOOM"

Meanwhile playing vs Kindred the only person that feels like they even have to worry about her hunting them down is the enemy jungler. I remember you reworking Veigar's R so that it more thematically of him being feared by all rather than just mages. Kindred can use that same type of change cause of right now if I wanted to play the Kindred i'm better off using Twitch/Quinn
