Honestly at this rate even if i play only norms,I've been seeing an ever so increasing amount of tank yasuo plaguing the lands and less and less of Crit yasuo
Crit yasuo isn't very strong right now(25% crit damage reduction ouch),then theres randuins to reduce Crit Yasuo's damage even further
for the buff i have no idea what it would be,but a fair nerf to tank yasuo so he can't duel tanks with absolute ease,make the bonus armour pen on his ult only apply to CRITS

He can, but that build isn't really dealing enough damage to be a carry, nor is it as tanky or sticky as his bruiser build.

Well for one,he builds an absurd amount of health point,which is combined with 
to deal a painful amount of damage,he also builds quite a few resistances to,he also has beyond spammable cooldowns and also with his high HP he generally takes GoP for good sustain

wait there is no way on hell a yasuo bruiser build with no crit does more damage than a crit bruiser build.

I guess you could swap Sterak's for Titanic, but while Titanic would offer a bit of extra damage the passive of Sterak's is just too useful IMO.

Honestly? I don't really have a problem with. It's a more reliable build than a crit build to be sure, but it does deal noticeably less damage and his durability, while much higher than normal Yasuo, isn't really so insane as to be unassailable.
It's definitely strong. He still does solid damage (due mostly to sheen procs and fervor of battle), is fairly tanky, and is in general just a good obnoxious diver.
I'm not 100% convinced it's definitely better than a top lane duelist Yasuo build though, which I personally prefer.

Lovelle1 votesHe gets free penetration when he ults and he has enough utility to still be a threat with that build. I've seen it in action. His teamfight presence is arguably stronger when he builds defense. I've even seen 0 crit Yasuo tanky builds and he still has decent damage for some reason.

1.that is not the busier build 2.he is losing out on so many tank stats that way 3.lack of high damage means the crits are practically worthless
