dude he does not need buffs. if he has lower cds or mana costs he'd rek even more than he does. He's op if u know how to play him.

wtf is counted as high cd's 6 seconds 8 seconds max some champions cant get less than 10 seconds cd unless they build cdr and they have less base damage and scaleing ratio only thing is that 100 mana on his ult wrecked him
