blue side jungler can start jungle, and with 2 people can get a MUCH more useful buff than 30 damage over 3 seconds.
Where as a buff that can stun on a champion that already has a stun or trailblazer means they can have them stunned for a RIDICULOUSLY long time. Buff gromp buff vs monsters please!
Kuroi862 votesGift of heavy hands, the Krug buff, doesn't stun champions (unless there's a new bug). it's meant to stun minions and monsters, and can also be expended early for a little true damage on turrets. But last I checked it doesn't stun champs.
