On a sidenote: Recently (re-)released champions have gotten extremely strong slows.

Hecarim used to be THE champion when it came to mobility. What he got were the removal of core items and severe nerfs to his cooldowns. These days he's stuck with a high cooldown, low duration speedbuff which also has to ramp up...

Please show him some love

Hecarim's passive nocollide gives him a lot more mobility than people give him credit for, and his Q is basically an AoE autoattack you can cast on the move. Plus, he's rewarded more than anyone for building bonus movespeed - chances are he'll end up with a bit more movespeed than other champs anyway.

If you want to buff Hecarim (and hell yes, he needs it) looking at his movement speed is not the way to go IMO.

From what I recall level 18 Mini Gnar movement speed is 343 (325 base + 9 on mini form + 0,5 * 18 (level) = 343).

That would be neat, if they lowered his lvl 1 base to like... 335, and each rank gives him 5 base speed passively, while keeping the active.

Yeah I agree. While Hecarim isn't necessarily all that slow, he does look and feel very slow for a speed-centric centaur type champion...

Sivir Base move speed: 335 With passive at lvl 1: 365 With passive at lvl 18: 385

Still, I'll be honest. Rek's move speed kinda catches me off guard. What with all the tools already in her kit.
