Diana and Ekko need to be looked at

Ekko is what Diana was supposed to be, an AP Tanky Assassin/ Bruiser jungler that can either assassinate the backline, or hold the frontline during engages.

Diana is what Ekko was supposed to be, a powerful skirmishing assassin who thrives in extended fights thanks to her resetting shield, and passive.

Ekko's primary lane was supposed to be midlane, now he's split between that, and the jungle and occasionally top-lane. Diana's primary role was to be a jungler, now she's played more often in midlane as a full AP assassin. Even when she's played in the jungle, full AP is the way to go.

Idea: Shift power from the active portion of Parallel Convergence and the heal-portion of Chronobreak to Z-Drive Resonance, the damage-portion of Chronobreak and Timewinder. Shift power from Crescent Strike and Lunar Rush to Pale Cascade and Moonfall.

Ekko was NVR supposed to be good in extended fights. His 3 stack passive has downtime and his cooldowns are high. His kit doesn't even support extended fights.

Read the second sentence in the first paragraph, "Ekko’s a powerful skirmishing assassin who thrives in extended fights, using his mobility and crowd control to slow and stun enemies as he whittles down his targets. " Not to mention, the first opening fight on his Champion spotlight shows a very extended trade.

Plus the on-target cooldown of Z-Drive Resonance is 3 seconds, not that long if you ask me.
