Riot does nor endorse, nor enforce the current meta. The meta is there for pro players, not for solo Q madness. The only reason two bottom is the way it is now was to control dragon easier.

ReshiKillim1 votesDuo top, Duo mid, duo bot are all just as rewarding as Morde, duo top is most rewarding as far as I've seen though. Melee toplaners have nightmares for days about a Morde/Rengar duo top.
