It really doesn't make sense.
EDIT: i want to make sure you guys understand, that i understand we're toxic as fuck. But I really only get heated when people start blaming in the middle of a game or troll. But, im not saying i dont deserve it, its just IMO not the right approach to a competitive game. (for ranked at least.)

Deep Terror Nami2 votesThat's why they give out chat restrictions that allow you a limited number of messages. It's up to you not to squander it on harassing your team. Once you figure out how to do that, you won't get more chat restrictions.
