It would be broken if mages got an item that would speed up cast animations and channeling right?
but its not broken for AD champs to spam spells with the new
?

Doge20201 votesWell CDR and cast animations are most of the time 2 different things (with the exception of
Q cast time being lowered by AS). The CDR gained from new essence reaver just causes AA champs to spam their spells more, it doesn’t make them cast them faster. You won’t be seeing a Cait with the new ER using a faster Peacemaker on you.

Honestly, seeing the Akali rework makes playing immobile champs seem unfair.

Static shiv is way better for ADC that Luden Echo is for Mages.
