Go bond of stone keystone and here is where the fun begins.

Your ganks are deadly with the E armor shred and your wither, never greed for Q stacks.

Get cinderhulk and boots of choice, you can dragon early thanks to your ultimate and can stop pushes early with E max.

Now here is where the fun begins.

Get knights vow after cinderhulk and boots or before and mark whoever is doing the best on your team(typically your mid or top laner in solo queue, sometimes bot lane) and stay close to them but not too close so you can zone.

Your peel and armor shred is so strong that the enemy wont know what hit them.

If your ally is godlike and can fuck up the enemy, stick and push with him.

If you feel like it get locket to keep them alive longer.
