The nerfs did nothing, in fact his 1 item power spike is even better than before if he rushes sunfire vs an AD champion, champ still auto wins lane vs melee while scaling like a god into the late game team fights.
Please just hotfix some more nerfs into him, or atleast on 7.24b, "figther patch" will be completelely useless if they let champs like ornn be broken like this.
SuWøø2 votesI have little trouble with Ornn. If you dodge his W he doesn't have much damage. If you stand in his W and chimp out then that's a personal problem. It's super easy to nullify his W and E. Both are easy to play around and his Q->E->Q is super easy to dodge.

Oh Me So Ornny1 voteshe is oppressive if you don't know how to play against him. Just pick someone mobile to dodge the last tick of brittle. this kills his dmg. if you pick a riven or yasuo you 100 percent shit on ornn, as he cant hit anything on you. not to mention yasuo kills his ult so that's another plus. darius also works since the longer you fight him the stronger he gets.
Quinn and teemo also work pretty well
Iota Theta1 votesHe’ll be losing Grasp bere shortly, so that'll cut his power down as well. Mobility beats him with his delays and, as another said, avoid the last tick of W and his damage goes way down. Don’t try to CC him with W up, and see if you can force him to use up his mana because he regens are fairly low.
Everything he has is fairly dodgable. One just has to actually dodge it.
Edit: and MR, since his damage is magic damage
