Stop saying new Fiora is OP
She's not. Just because she has % max hp as true damage does not mean it's broken. It's 100% not as toxic as Vayne's. Trust me I played with her, and against her on the pbe. People always complaining about her ultimate's true damage being like 90% of the enemies full hp. No Fiora in their right mind would build pure 100% ad like the people posting those pictures.
Not to mention her ultimate, I assure you, is 90% impossible to hit all 4 of the weak spots unless the target is stunned or rooted, or a potato. She requires so much on positioning to utilize her true damage, while Vayne just needs 3 hits. Trust me it's not as bad as people are making it out to be.
