73% attack speed and procs w every two shots.(after 6 stacks)
With 
its 24% current health and 24% max health every 2 shots with 113% attack speed on two items.
why isnt this a viable build right now? Especially against tank heavy comps.

That being said, it's probably a really good item in games where nobody has the tactics/mechanics to oneshot you every fight (read: the lower elo, the better the item)

ive found it extremely easy to just stack on the minion wave and engage at 6 stacks, 6 autos with each adding attack speed is really not as long as youd think. Especially for the gain you get from guinsoos.
Also i didnt know high elo meant auto one shots for adcs?
Brain Errör 4041 votesIt's incredibly harder to get off continuous damage as an adc in higher elo without completely backing away from fights. The focus and coordination is just so much better, but it's still soloQ. The item isn't bad, but I don't believe it's optimal.

I like on , if not for extended teamfights only though else I would say if the fights are all giong in wombo combos and there is no extended teamfight isnt that good
